Classic Holidays - Customer Case Study

Classic Holidays, founded in 1978 and now one of Australasia’s largest privately owned resort and club management companies (about 650 employees and ~65,000 member families), engaged in a Steps to Sales (S2S) project to digitise its operations. The challenge was to streamline prospect and customer data movement across multiple systems, websites and the business, ensuring seamless integration while improving process management, automation and conversion rates.

Working with Web Design Magic, S2S chose Kentico as the core CMS/EMS and used as much out-of-the-box functionality as possible so the team could focus on UI, business logic and integrations. Hosted on Microsoft Azure, the solution integrated contact profiles and CRM inputs, introduced persona-based segmentation and automation, and started capturing contact activities and visitor stats. Early results include increased traffic, longer visit durations, more unique visitors and improved conversions, with a platform roadmap for continued personalization and marketing automation.
