A Kentico Case Study
The City of Belmont, a local government authority in Australia, had recently rebranded and needed a modern, accessible website to serve a diverse community—from older residents to new arrivals—while handling event and facility bookings and reducing ongoing maintenance overhead. The existing site was cumbersome to manage and deliver content to multiple user types, so the council partnered with Dapth (formerly Integranet) and chose Kentico Xperience to deliver a scalable, cost‑effective platform.
Dapth defined clear user personas, digitized and automated workflows, and integrated third‑party tools (including BPOINT for payments) while using Kentico’s personalization, security roles and media management to simplify administration. The result is a responsive, WCAG‑compliant site that the council can manage internally, with improved navigation and reduced costs — including a 31% increase in page views, 26% longer session duration, a 19% drop in bounce rate and a significant rise in social referrals.
