The challenge was to clearly communicate the Charles River brand, showcase a large and varied product/service portfolio in an approachable, affordable way, improve SEO and user engagement, and organize content so customers could quickly find what they need.
Boston Interactive delivered a Kentico-powered, responsive site with a clean layout, immersive visuals and a user-centric content strategy that organizes offerings by customer need, includes predictive search, a secure client login, and a community section called “Eureka.” Five weeks after launch the site saw measurable gains: visits +5%, page views +20%, average visit duration +10%, pages per visit +16%, and an 11% reduction in bounce rate.
