Chamberlain, a leading maker of residential garage door openers, engaged Laughlin Constable to modernize its consumer website and turn it into a go-to resource for DIY customers to boost brand loyalty and sales. The existing site suffered from complex, technically focused navigation, limited imagery, and difficult integrations with third-party systems (a CRM atop SAP, Oracle RightNow, TFS build automations), all of which made content management and user journeys cumbersome.

Over six months LC delivered a mobile-first, fully responsive redesign with lifestyle-driven, simplified navigation, richer visuals, and Kentico EMS as the CMS with a customized Integration Bus to streamline third‑party data and services. Post-launch results show visits up 94% (85% organic increase), product page views +77%, about 310 garage-opener selector uses per day, 187 retailer-finder clicks and ~48 click-to-buy actions daily, 23 daily checkouts with a 29.5% completion rate, and nearly double the returning visitors—meeting goals for awareness, engagement and purchase lift.
