Celebrity Cruises partnered with boutique agency 3Sixty to overhaul its digital storefront in a fiercely competitive, fast‑growing £30bn cruise market. The existing site suffered from brand misalignment and a confusing user journey that left both “new to cruise” and repeat customers struggling to find inspiration and book trips. Complicating the project were tight timelines (development started in September with a pre‑Christmas launch), large data imports and multiple third‑party integrations that all had to be reconciled quickly.

3Sixty led stakeholder workshops and user testing to inform an immersive redesign, built on Kentico with bespoke search, filtering and booking integrations (RCL booking engine, Siebel CRM, ExactTarget) and redundancy to reduce third‑party reliance. Launched before Christmas, the new site drove a 66% increase in traffic, 92% more page views, a 26% rise in sales and 36% growth in digital revenue, with lower bounce rates and stronger engagement—early momentum toward longer‑term conversion targets.
