Capita Software (CSS), a leading supplier of software solutions to the public sector and social housing market, needed to replace an ageing, hard-to-manage CMS that blocked future functionality and growth. The brief was to redesign the site, migrate over 400 pages of existing content, meet Microsoft Azure hosting and security requirements (including two‑factor SMS authentication), and introduce new features to improve navigation and usability.
Partnering with NetConstruct, Capita moved to Kentico on Azure with a fully responsive redesign and bespoke tools to automate migration and recreate content relationships. NetConstruct added smart search, a filterable case‑study system (by sector, service, outcome), a custom event‑booking module with Outlook integration, and two‑factor security. The result is a more flexible, feature-rich site with an intuitive customer journey and powerful search that makes information easy to find and manage.
