A Kentico Case Study
The Canadian Bar Association (CBA), a not‑for‑profit membership organization serving 37,000 legal professionals across Canada, faced a scattered and inconsistent online presence: national and 13 provincial/territorial sites lived on different platforms, duplicated content and functionality, and provided a fragmented member experience. To increase engagement and better deliver member value, the CBA engaged ecentricarts to create a unified, user‑centric web solution.
ecentricarts built a Kentico‑based Common Web Platform with a personalized member dashboard, single login across national and branch sites, and integrations with iMIS, learning platforms and social media, consolidating some 18,000 pages into one CMS. The result was faster content management, a consistent responsive experience for members and editors, improved member engagement through personalized services and dashboards, and adoption of new best practices for publishing and analytics.
