Call for Help, Inc. is a Metro-East nonprofit that provides 24/7 crisis support — including homeless services, a suicide and crisis hotline, sexual assault care and community education. The agency needed a more attractive, professional web presence and a way for less technical staff to make frequent content updates; their old Publisher platform was limited in functionality and reflected poorly on the organization.

GiveCamp volunteers rebuilt the site on Kentico CMS (hosted through DiscountASP.NET sponsorship), using ASP.NET and design support to deliver a modern site with compelling photos and easier content management. The new CMS is easy to train staff on, improves donor and media impressions, supports online fundraising and outreach, and has already received strong praise from the agency for its professionalism and flexibility.
