Cagan, a property management company with over 35 years in the market, engaged in a company-wide rebrand and needed a new web strategy to replace an outdated site. The goals were to improve the site’s visual image, make content easy to manage for editors, and add features that improve the user experience for apartment seekers.

We built a fully custom site on Kentico CMS with dynamic building listings, Ajax cascading drop-down search (state, city, neighborhood, rooms, price), and smart forms that route inquiries to recipients based on the selected building. Editors now add and update apartments easily via structured forms, the site has received positive feedback from users and staff, and time savings plus improved navigation have met Cagan’s goals; a property-owner portal is planned next.
