Bureau van Dijk - Customer Case Study

Bureau van Dijk is an international specialist in private company information whose old website—despite extensive product content—was confusing visitors and hindering conversions. The project needed a major rethink of site architecture, clearer navigation and calls-to-action, improved design, better tracking, and support for nearly 20 cultures to present BvD’s products and expertise more effectively.

Distinction rebuilt the site with new page templates and a staged migration (UK first), using Kentico for robust, multi‑culture content management. The redesign employed a simple, corporate look, clearer sections and CTAs, and improved internal linking and tracking. Client and customer feedback has been excellent, content is easier to manage across cultures, and the site is noticeably more user-friendly with better navigation and lead-generation capability.
