Bosma Enterprises is a century-old Indianapolis nonprofit that provides employment, training and in-home services for people who are blind or visually impaired. After a site redesign with Ntara to improve accessibility and online services, Bosma needed to drive more local traffic and raise awareness of B/VI services and employment opportunities among an underserved community.
Ntara built an accessible, one-page 16-question “IndyQuiz” on the Kentico platform using a reusable custom module and keyboard/tab-friendly interactions for screen readers. Promoted primarily on Facebook, the interactive quiz boosted engagement—77% completion rate, 20 minutes average time on page, 15% of completers shared on social, $0.19 cost per awareness and a 9.6% bounce rate—while reinforcing Bosma’s mission and creating a template for future campaigns.
