Facing the complexity of their services and the need to support trademark approvals, training bookings, CRM integration, a live client database link and a responsive public site, they needed a flexible, integrated and customisable web platform.

The launch supported BM TRADA’s rebrand, improved user experience and navigation, and delivered a scalable, multilingual platform with strong integration, workflow and back‑end usability.
