Bettersafe Insurance, a UK firm offering excess protection for home, motor, lifestyle and car hire policies, needed a multilingual, ecommerce-ready website that could handle role-based administration, dynamic document generation and a complex integration with Italian partner ComparaMeglio (embedded via iframe). The biggest challenge was serving English and Italian quote/payment workflows seamlessly—while keeping quote forms, payment pages and custom tables on Bettersafe’s site—and meeting requirements for PDF policy documents, secure payments and varied user permissions.

Discover IT built the site on Kentico, integrating a custom APCO payment gateway (3D‑Secure and tokenisation), dynamic PDF generation from Word templates (English and Italian), Sage import-ready CSV exports and fine-grained role access. The result is a full “quote and buy” service with policy management and reporting, hundreds of policies sold via Bettersafe and ComparaMeglio, an 80% increase in site traffic and streamlined admin workflows for content, policies and accounting.
