Baking Mad, part of The Silver Spoon Company, hired Ridgeway to redesign its immersive baking site and add e-commerce while meeting strict security and usability requirements. The brief was to create a user-first platform that serves multiple baking personas with rich recipes, strong search and tagging, community features, and reduced management overhead.

Ridgeway delivered a Kentico-based site using a Kentico E‑commerce Accelerator, integrated IFS Logistics for fulfilment, and added features like Azure-powered search, print-friendly recipes and a “bake mode.” In the four months after launch the site saw a 19% increase in page views, 14% more sessions and 12% uplift on tablets; the new shop recorded 8,461 page views and 6,480 unique page views in its first three weeks.
