Baby Village, one of Australia’s most experienced baby retailers, wanted to modernize its online shopping experience to better mirror its in-store service and drive sales. The challenge was to build a robust, scalable e-commerce platform that would streamline the buying process and increase conversions and revenue.

Devotion implemented a Kentico EMS-based storefront with custom modules and real-time integrations (Vend POS, Afterpay, PayPal, credit cards, and Shippit), and used Kentico for email marketing, automated re-engagement, and MVT testing. The relaunch delivered a 142% increase in revenue and strong year-on-year gains (38% higher commerce conversion rate, 93% more transactions, and a 25% increase in order value).
