AXELOS - Customer Case Study

AXELOS, the UK Government and Capita joint venture that manages the Global Best Practice portfolio (including ITIL and PRINCE2) across 150+ countries, engaged MMT Digital to dramatically improve digital customer experience. The challenge was to consolidate more than 1,000 pages from nine product sites on two CMSs into a single, responsive Kentico site of ~250 pages, replace PDF-heavy thought leadership with richer content, implement smarter global search and discovery, add an online store and an ITIL skills-mapping tool, and provide reporting and multilingual readiness.

MMT Digital delivered a responsive Kentico platform with progressive enhancement, Smart Search indexing (including PDFs), modular styling, tag groups, role-based dashboards, localization and a Kentico-powered e-commerce store integrated with the CPD system and bespoke ITIL Intermediate Navigator. In the two months after launch AXELOS saw newsletter sign-ups jump from ~300 to 1,700, email queries fall from 2,000 to 750 per month, 8,000 training searches generating 6,000 partner leads monthly, mobile sessions up 5% with an 11% lower mobile bounce, overall bounce down 5%, pages per session up by one, and over 5,000 job-role searches via the navigator.
