The Association of Wisconsin Snowmobile Clubs (AWSC) engaged Heartland Business Systems to modernize its website and streamline member services. AWSC needed a responsive site that could organize clubs and members, collect dues, integrate with the Wisconsin DNR trail-pass system, and synchronize member data with a proprietary Microsoft Access back-office database.

Heartland implemented a Kentico CMS solution with a responsive template, custom pages and modules for club and member management, and API-driven integrations: a custom web part for DNR trail-pass purchases and a web-services API to read/write the Access/SQL backend. As a result, clubs can create pages, manage members and dues, display events with Kentico’s calendar, and members can buy trail passes online while AWSC maintains synchronized back-office records.
