Australian Red Cross, part of the global Red Cross movement, needed a refresh of its six‑year‑old website to align with a new strategic vision. The brief called for a modern look and feel, improved usability for both visitors and content editors, full UX research, AA accessibility compliance, a fully responsive layout, and flexible page‑building for campaigns.
Zeroseven rebuilt the site on Kentico after extensive user‑experience testing and stakeholder workshops, creating a user‑led information architecture, reusable content widgets, and integrations (PageUp, Olark, AddThis, Formstack). The result is a secure, engaging and responsive site that meets accessibility goals and gives editors the freedom to build and manage pages and campaigns quickly, with ongoing A/B and personalization work to further optimise performance.
