Ashridge Business School - Customer Case Study

Ashridge House & Business School is a Grade I listed country mansion and internationally ranked business school offering conferences, training, weddings and more. Facing two separate websites with many stakeholders, outdated content, and rising mobile traffic, Ashridge needed a single, easy-to-manage CMS to support responsive design, efficient editorial workflows, large content migration, and a flexible online course booking and payment system that could import course data from an existing in‑house system.

Distinction rebuilt both sites on Kentico 7 using responsive HTML/CSS and Kentico’s multi-site and workflow features, created a custom booking/e‑commerce system with daily course imports, wrote migration scripts for news and resources, and configured a web‑farm with load balancing for resilience. The result is a modern, mobile‑friendly online presence that streamlined administration, improved engagement (longer sessions, lower bounce rates), and enabled seamless online course registration and payments.
