ASET (Association of Science and Engineering Technology Professionals of Alberta) represents over 18,000 technicians and technologists and needed a modern, mobile-friendly website with intuitive navigation and easy content management. The organization’s challenge was to consolidate eight separate systems into a single CMS/AMS, accommodate a large volume of content, make administration simple for non-technical staff, and deliver the redesign in time for an Annual General Meeting.

Using an agile approach, Visual Antidote rebuilt the site on Kentico CMS, prototyped key features, and integrated ASET’s AMS with custom document types, completing the project in about eight months. The result is a polished, user-friendly platform that streamlined content updates, delivered seamless member experiences, increased engagement and site traffic, and made ongoing maintenance straightforward for ASET’s team.
