Arthritis Victoria, the peak body for Victorians with musculoskeletal conditions, needed a redesigned website to deliver broader, deeper condition information, lift the organisation’s image, and reduce barriers through improved information architecture. The project involved intensive audience research and multiple stakeholder workshops, and the initial content load was large enough to require training a team of internal content administrators.

Get Started built the site on Kentico CMS with customised document types, purpose-built layouts, a bespoke donations page and a Courses & Events module for seminar listings and sign-ups. The new site better serves diverse user needs, improves engagement and information discovery, and makes content management simple and efficient for staff and volunteers while supporting donations and event registrations.
