The Arab Federation of Exchanges (AFE) is the regional reference for Arab financial markets, facilitating cooperation, research and capacity building among member exchanges. AFE needed an informative, multilingual website plus a secure, role‑based platform to centrally capture members’ periodic financial data, accommodate different currency and field requirements, support iterative review workflows between AFE and members, and publish queryable, timely public reports.

eSharing implemented a customized Kentico CMS solution that integrates third‑party financial feeds, delegates exchange‑level data entry, and gives AFE administrative review and validation tools via form‑based workflows (six months of development). The platform replaced non‑standard spreadsheets, drove adoption across all 18 members, eliminated many data errors through validation and audit trails, and now produces fast, accurate automated reports and public publications.
