Andrews Federal Credit Union, a member-focused financial institution serving military installations and select employee groups since 1948, needed a modern website to reflect a recent rebrand and provide quick, easy access to online banking and financial resources across devices. Their legacy site was outdated, hard to administer, and lacked personalization and analytics; goals included simplifying site architecture, delivering relevant content by geography and audience, and supporting marketing and conversion efforts.
Working with ZAG Interactive on the Kentico Xperience platform, Andrews launched a custom, responsive site with tailored layouts and widgets, personalization, email marketing, ADA compliance, and integrations for online banking, account opening, loan apps, rate comparisons and analytics. The redesign increased mobile users 400%, new users 184%, and page views 29%, while driving more leads through conversion-focused pages and providing robust tracking and audience-specific content.
