AmicusHorizon is an award‑winning housing association managing nearly 28,000 homes across London, Kent and Sussex. Their decade‑old website, built after a 2006 merger, had grown piecemeal on a restrictive GOSS CMS and was organisation‑centred rather than customer‑centred—leading to poor segmentation, confused messaging and a failing mobile experience (43% of users were on mobile). They needed a responsive, accessible site with improved online services and clearer navigation to support a channel‑shift strategy.

Unified Solutions recommended and implemented Kentico as the new CMS, redesigning navigation, creating clear segmentation and delivering a responsive, brand‑aligned site.
