Allergan, a multi‑billion dollar global pharmaceutical company, required a full redesign of its corporate web estate to replace an unsupported, non‑responsive CMS and to better serve five key user segments across 45 countries. The brief demanded multi‑language support, shared content and templates for local sites, seamless third‑party integrations, easier content editing, and the flexibility to absorb a global rebrand during an acquisition and Wall Street launch.

MMT Digital delivered a fully responsive Kentico EMS platform, localised content modules, shared widgets, integrations with Thomson Reuters and Kenexa, and marketing tools (personalisation, automation, A/B testing and lead scoring), then migrated sites to Microsoft Azure for global performance. The relaunch drove mobile traffic from 7% to 22% (~1,000 extra users/day), increased pages per session by 56%, doubled average time on page to 1:35, cut page load times by 9.55%, reduced drop‑off rates (51% in news, 27% in investors), supported a successful Wall Street rebrand with 15,000 new visitors, and saved time and cost through shared content management.
