Air Canada Pilots Association (ACPA) is Canada’s largest professional pilots’ association, representing over 3,100 pilots. ACPA engaged Seventyeight Digital to build a secure, responsive CMS-driven information and communications hub to serve members, streamline administration, support 50+ committees across four bases, and make a large archival content set (back to 2001) easy to find — while providing a personalized, actionable member dashboard usable even with limited connectivity.

Seventyeight implemented the site on Kentico, creating a “What We Do” topical structure, standardized committee/base templates, modular content management, and a personalized member dashboard with alerts, featured resources, and “My ACPA” quick links. Early results are strong: page views rose more than 300% over the old site’s average, the dashboard had 4,000+ unique views in week one, members view an average of 13.5 pages per visit and exhibit a low 2.57% exit rate.
