AdvantageCare Physicians (ACP) partnered with iMedia to relaunch its public website and modernize the patient experience while reinforcing the ACP brand. iMedia delivered a responsive, user-centric site built on Kentico with clear entry points, robust multi-criteria doctor search (specialty, insurance, location), and sophisticated integrations (HawkSearch, a third‑party health system, and a Social Feed Integration web part) to centralize content and self‑service tools. Three months after launch ACP saw stronger engagement — a 23% increase in sessions over three minutes, an estimated 15% increase in doctor-locations page views (about 21% from organic search), and an estimated 10% increase in appointment page views — aligning the site with ACP’s “Convenient, Connected, Compassionate” promise.
