Action Cancer, Northern Ireland's leading cancer charity, engaged i3 Digital to redesign its website to better promote services, drive donations and—critically—get more people to book appointments online. The main challenge was creating a logical, accessible experience for a significant older user base while providing a fully responsive site with social integration and connection to the charity’s internal appointment booking and payment systems.

i3 Digital rebuilt the site (2014), focusing on user experience, responsive design, appointment-system integration and secure PayPal e‑commerce for donations. Six months after launch the site saw dramatic improvements: a 693% increase in appointments page views, plus broad gains including +27% users, +29% sessions and +26% overall page views, with targeted increases for Breast Screening (+27%) and Big Bus pages (+30%).
