ACF Fiorentina wanted to strengthen relationships with fans and expand its digital reach, but managing multiple IT systems and providers had become increasingly difficult. After initially working with Exetera on an existing Kontent project, the club looked for a more integrated approach and turned to Kentico, using Xperience by Kentico to support richer online experiences and system integrations.
Kentico, through its partner Exetera, migrated Fiorentina’s services to Xperience by Kentico and consolidated everything into a unified platform. The new setup streamlined fan interactions, improved interoperability and efficiency, and helped promote Viola Park experiences and events. The result was a seamless fan experience that supported the club’s growth, with reported increases in weekly sessions, weekly page views, and weekly events views.
