AACid Solutions (wristband.com.au) is an e-commerce retailer that needed to reinvent how customers design and order wristbands and identification products. Management wanted an intuitive Drag-and-Drop customizer that would let users create designs online while meeting high expectations for usability across browsers and devices.

Using Kentico's E-Commerce platform, Web Design Magic built a custom “Drag and Drop Customizer” with bespoke cart providers, pricing tables, live TNT shipping integration and Australian payment gateways; extensive cross‑browser work ensured broad device support. Delivered in about five months, the site now lets customers add text, images and colors and place orders that go straight to print, and it is becoming one of Australia’s largest wristband design and sales sites.
