24-7 Intouch, a contact-centre outsourcer, engaged A.K.A. New Media to create a bold, differentiated online brand and a primary marketing vehicle for its two business channels (Dedicated and Shared). The challenge was to design an intuitive, user-friendly site that clearly directed distinct audiences to the right offerings, elevated the Dedicated channel without diminishing Shared, showcased the company’s people and experience, and preserved or improved search rankings during the site relaunch.
A.K.A. built a customized Kentico CMS site with distinct branding (blue for Dedicated, red for Shared), dedicated content sections, cross-promotion, and subtle navigation emphasis for the Dedicated channel. The project included full SEO implementation (metatags, search‑friendly URLs, content review, sitemaps and redirected old URLs) and leveraged Kentico features—WYSIWYG editing, users/roles, content staging and extensibility—resulting in a vibrant, easily managed site that improved audience targeting, scalability and editorial control while earning positive client feedback.
