To meet that challenge they chose Kentico Kontent (using the Kentico Cloud SDK for .NET) alongside the Microsoft Bot Framework to power an event chatbot that could be updated and scaled easily.

The Pull Agency built a chatbot that pulled content from Kentico Kontent’s API, using its object visualization and central content store to speed development and enable multi-channel delivery. With a six-person team across three content phases, the solution reduced pre-event inquiries and drove strong engagement — 25% of event visitors interacted with the bot — demonstrating Kentico Kontent’s ability to deliver fast, maintainable content-driven experiences.
