Case Study: Leo Express achieves omnichannel, multilingual content delivery for 1.5M passengers with Kentico Kontent

A Kentico Kontent Case Study

Preview of the Leo Express Case Study

Serving Content to 1.5 million Passengers

Leo Express, a train and bus operator working with Flixbus and RegioJet, needed a fresh, modern and user-friendly website and mobile apps with a single CMS to manage content across all channels. Their previous platform, Adobe Experience Manager, had become too expensive and development-heavy, so digital agency SYMBIO selected Kentico Kontent (Kentico Cloud headless CMS) to meet Leo Express’s omnichannel content needs.

SYMBIO built an omnichannel solution using Kentico Kontent’s modular templates and content blocks, hosting the site on Heroku with a React/Node.js/Next.js stack, React Native mobile apps, and an Apollo GraphQL layer combining Leo Express and Kentico Cloud APIs. In just two weeks they launched localized sites and apps in six languages, managing 1,000+ content items and serving content to 1.5 million passengers, improving editorial workflows, consistency and multi-channel delivery with Kentico Kontent.
