Genpact, a global professional services firm, needed a better way to manage a large volume of vulnerabilities across more than 70,000 assets and hundreds of applications. Its security teams were relying on spreadsheets and manual processes to sort scanner data, prioritize remediation, and produce reports, making it difficult to show clear risk reduction. With the Kenna Security Platform, Genpact automated vulnerability ingestion and prioritization, integrated remediation workflows with its BMC Remedy service desk, and improved reporting and analytics. The results were significant: report creation time dropped by 90%, scanning reports that once took 6–8 hours could be generated in about 30 minutes, and teams shifted from simply closing vulnerabilities to measuring true risk reduction.
