The company also wanted a more reliable way to communicate service updates and keep a paper trail of customer interactions.

Kenect provided an all-in-one solution that combined business texting, online review generation, web leads, and payments, including Text-to-Pay and a “Text Us” website widget. With Kenect, Topper’s RVs sent 10,702 text messages in six months, generated 348 web leads, collected over $15,000 through Text-to-Pay in five months, and achieved a 44% review request completion rate, improving efficiency and helping drive more revenue.
