Snow’s Polaris, a 3-location powersports dealership in Chicora, PA, needed a better way to reach customers during work hours, generate more consistent online reviews, capture more website leads, and collect payments without asking for credit card details over the phone. The result was 12,451 total text messages sent, 763 inbound web leads via text, and a 146% increase in online reviews in the first 12 months, including a 51% increase in the first 90 days.
