Kellton partnered with Asia's largest passenger airline to address significant challenges with its mobile application. The airline's app suffered from sluggish UI/UX performance, an inefficient payment system that lowered transaction success rates, and unclear content distribution, all of which led to suboptimal usability and decreased customer satisfaction.
Kellton implemented a holistic solution that included updating the architectural framework to Model-view-viewmodel (MVVM) and integrating a new payment gateway. This approach optimized performance and enhanced the user experience with personalized content delivery. As a result, Kellton helped reduce the app's crash rate to under 0.2%, increased the payment success rate from 70% to 90%, and tripled daily travel bookings. Furthermore, revenue generated through the app doubled from 3% to over 6%.
