IAEE registers its China FNGO Representative Office in 2019 with Kellen

IAEE, a non-profit organization with a significant membership base in China, faced the challenge of establishing a compliant representative office under the country's new and evolving FNGO Law. They needed expert guidance to navigate the complex legal requirements, secure a Professional Supervisory Unit (PSU), and manage communications with the Public Security Bureau (PSB). As a result, IAEE successfully registered its China FNGO Representative Office in Shanghai in October 2019.
