Springworks, a US-based IT SaaS company with 200+ employees, faced slow, manual HR processes and challenging remote onboarding that led to poor visibility, missed tasks, and coordination issues. To fix this, Springworks adopted Keka’s HRMS and automation platform to centralize employee records and streamline onboarding, leave, payroll and loan workflows.
Keka implemented a structured 3-step remote onboarding with reusable task lists, paperless document storage, automated leave rules, payroll automation and payroll-integrated loan management. The outcome: remote onboarding time fell by 66%, notice periods shortened from 45 to 14 days and Full & Final settlements dropped from 7 days to 2 days; Keka also enabled ₹47 lakhs in interest-free loans in 2023 and helped Springworks go paperless and more efficient.
