Silq, an IT SaaS company with about 60 employees and operations in the US, India and China, needed to replace Zoho and scale its people operations amid rapid growth (25% headcount increase in 90 days). As a result, Keka helped Silq fill 15 key positions (including leadership) in 90 days, achieved a 93% offer acceptance rate and reduced time-to-hire to 32 days, while centralizing employee data and streamlining onboarding and HR workflows.
