Keka implemented an end-to-end solution—deploying its integrated ATS in 2018 to automate hiring and onboarding, rolling out payroll modules tied to attendance/leave (including Form‑16 and tax workflows), and introducing engagement tools (surveys, pulses, anniversary notifications) plus OKR tracking and analytics. Over five years Keka helped Wildnet streamline operations and decision‑making, eliminate manual payroll errors and ensure timely salary disbursals, and boost employee engagement (example pulse metric: Happiness 4.2), while enabling HR to act on actionable insights from OKRs and surveys.
