How Traveazy Navigated its Way to HR Success

Traveazy, a 100‑employee travel & tourism company specializing in Umrah travel across Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and India, faced manual HR processes, fragmented attendance tracking and unautomated payroll and expense workflows that caused delays and errors. To accelerate its HR digital transformation, Traveazy partnered with Keka and initially deployed Keka’s core HR, leave & attendance and payroll integration, later expanding to Keka Hire, expense tracking and asset management.

Keka automated attendance/login, integrated payroll, provided a centralized document repository and rolled out engagement features like a social wall and pulse surveys, eliminating manual reconciliation and securing onboarding. The implementation reduced month‑end effort and payroll errors, improved employee experience (pulse happiness 4.2 with 80% participation) and enabled Traveazy to scale Keka from India (2018) to UAE and KSA, with additional modules deployed in 2023.
