Noise, India’s top-rated smartwatch and earbuds brand, needed a cost‑effective HRMS to attract and retain talent nationwide, ensure punctuality and accountability across regions, and simplify documentation for many first‑time managers. To address these challenges, Noise adopted Keka’s HRMS and began using its onboarding, attendance, payroll and people‑analytics capabilities.
Keka implemented custom onboarding workflows, an easy UI and manager dashboards, gamified attendance with biometric integration, peer praise/polls/surveys, policy‑driven expense claims, payroll automation and integrations with QuickBooks, Tally, Slack and Teams. The result: rapid platform adoption, headcount growth to 450+ (with ~40% hired in the past two years), a reported growth rate of 35.1%, retention at 86% and attrition around 3%, plus faster payroll processing, improved accountability and a more collaborative employee experience credited to Keka.
