Cloud Desk is an IT service provider operating in the UAE and India that was struggling with time-consuming, error-prone payroll, no data-migration capabilities, manual switching between business entities, and the absence of a helpdesk to track HR issues. They engaged Keka and adopted Keka’s automation-driven HRMS to meet requirements like integrated attendance and payroll, multi-entity support, and an employee helpdesk.

Keka implemented effortless attendance tracking, automated payroll (removing Excel dependency and simplifying cross-entity INR/AED payroll), and a centralized helpdesk for ticketing and real-time updates. As a result, Cloud Desk now manages 148 employees with aggregate attendance at 77%, average work hours of 7h 25m/day and average overtime of 1 hr/day, faster payroll processing through smooth data migration, and streamlined multi-entity HR operations thanks to Keka.
