BlueMonk, an IT services and consulting company with 500+ employees, needed an end-to-end HRMS to standardize practices and remove heavy manual work. Facing a single-admin bottleneck for employee records, unreliable biometric attendance, no approval controls, and a lack of historical performance data, BlueMonk selected Keka for its user-friendly UI, in‑house implementation team and automation-driven features.
Keka deployed a full HRMS including employee self‑service documentation with role‑based controls and e‑Health cards, mobile clock‑in with geo‑tagging, configurable attendance and leave workflows, standardized approval flows, and performance management with historical goal tracking and PIP features. The rollout eliminated the admin access bottleneck, reduced attendance errors and queueing, gave managers visibility into past performance, enabled HR to generate leadership reports, and achieved almost 100% employee adoption of Keka across the organization.
