BIM Modeling Services, a leading provider of BIM modeling, 3D rendering, and drafting services in North America, faced growing pains as its headcount doubled from about 50 to 100. Manual leave and attendance processes led to delays and inaccuracies, low transparency and accountability, and operational overload for the HR team, so they selected Keka as their HRMS after the HR manager’s prior experience with the product.

Keka deployed its HRMS to automate leave and attendance tracking, shift management and scheduling, and to integrate leave data with payroll, backed by hands-on support and an intuitive UI for fast adoption. As a result, employees now apply for leave easily, accurate records are maintained automatically (removing verbal confusion and manual entry), payroll has been streamlined, HR operational load has been reduced, and BIM is expanding its use of Keka to Helpdesk and Timesheets.
