BIM Modeling Services, a leading provider of BIM modeling, 3D rendering, and drafting services in North America, faced growing pains as its headcount doubled from about 50 to 100. As a result, employees now apply for leave easily, accurate records are maintained automatically (removing verbal confusion and manual entry), payroll has been streamlined, HR operational load has been reduced, and BIM is expanding its use of Keka to Helpdesk and Timesheets.
