ekincare, an integrated health benefits platform that helps organizations cut healthcare costs, faced frustrated HR teams after their previous HR tool failed to support required leave, attendance and policy configurations, forcing manual workarounds and heavy dependence on support. While evaluating alternatives they selected Keka for its configurable HRMS and reporting capabilities, initially adopting Keka’s leaves and attendance module.

Keka enabled quick onboarding and self‑service policy setup, then rolled out Payroll, ATS and Performance modules so attendance, payroll and reviews were automated and integrated; Keka’s reports also supported ekincare’s Series‑A fundraising needs. As a result Keka helped ekincare achieve a 28% productivity increase, 76% reduction in payroll processing time, 100% attendance accuracy, 73% increase in punctuality, 82% rise in employee satisfaction and 86% platform adoption in the first month, while saving 32 hours in employee management and 42 hours in HR processes (payroll ease 9.5/10).
