Regatta, the outdoor clothing brand, was struggling with a manual accounts payable process that handled around 5,000 invoices each month. Kefron implemented a paperless AP automation system that gave Regatta better visibility and control over every invoice, reduced manual work, and improved workflow for the finance team. The change cut annual paper use by 212,000 sheets, saved an estimated 424 trees each year, and supported Regatta’s sustainability ambitions while improving invoice management and operational efficiency.
