How a school moves away from manual invoice processing

Mill Hill School, a co-educational independent school founded in 1807, was struggling with a manual accounts payable process that required paper invoice storage, manual data entry and approvals, and led to missing documents and heavy admin burden. Finance Manager Basanta Silwal highlighted the problem of storing more than 100 arch lever files each year and sought a paperless AP system; Mill Hill selected Kefron and its Kefron AP solution because it offered the required features and a pre-built AccountsIQ connector for seamless integration.

Kefron implemented Kefron AP with real-time AccountsIQ integration, going live in September 2020 after an approximately four-week rollout.
