Stonewater, a UK social housing provider managing around 34,500 homes, was receiving about 140 housing benefit schedules per month—many in PDF or paper form—that required hundreds of lines of manual data entry into their Housing Management System. This repetitive, error-prone process consumed dedicated resource time and caused data delays. Kefron implemented template-driven data capture, receiving schedules via a secure FTP, automatically extracting line-level data and delivering CSV files for upload into Stonewater’s system.
